While we are able to visit both business and home users, we are prioritising remote support, with on site visits for service which can not be done remotely. This is to protect both ourselves and our clients.

Along with our MSP service we offer our regular clients, we are also able to offer remote support to our casual clients, both home and business users.

Whether you are based in the Redlands or anywhere else in Australia or the world, we can log on to your computer remotely and solve most of your issues without having to be on site. This is especially useful with the new social distancing rules and allows regular computer help and servicing to continue without concern.

We are happy to stay on the phone with you for the duration of the service if you prefer and you are welcome to watch and talk us through anything you see on your screen.

Our charge for this service is the same hourly rate as our on site service – $135 per hour.
